The heart motivates the hardwork. A great movement has the "company" bit right as well as the heart bit. It has the business elements that support and propell the heart, the vision to greater heights. Without the company the vision is just a dream, not a movement. Without the heart, it's just another company, not a movement. A movement is about heart and hardwork. The heart motivates the hardwork.

But I don't think that you can get past the fact that you will actually need luck (can maybe translate to blessing aswell?). And you need to be at the right place at the right time.
