Colin Boyd – Sydney

Colin is a Performance Coach with a proven track record of helping professionals make career transitions into fulfilling and sustainable careers right before its too late. Colin’s philosophy is to create congruency with a professional’s personality, lifestyle, value structure and their career.

Colin also works closely with medium to large organisations in skill development for employees in the areas of Presentations Skills, Time Management, Goal Setting and Self-Leadership. He runs engaging and thought provoking workshops that are focused on practical outcomes for the participants to implement in the workplace immediately.

Colin is the Director of Oxygen Coaching. He is a certified Performance Coach with the International Coaching Federation, NLP Practitioner, holds a Bachelors Degree of Commerce in Marketing and Human Resource Management (Distinction average), Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and Diploma of Coaching.

Grant Herbert – Sydney

Grant Herbert (AKA “The People Builder”) is a Personal Leadership Expert. He is the CEO of People Builders and founder of the Macarthur Business Academy. Grant is a dedicated, well organised training and coaching professional with extensive experience in several environments requiring personal and team leadership development. A creative thinker, he has a proven ability to assess the needs of both individuals and teams and is highly skilled in initiating change management strategies, engaging people in continual improvement programs.

Husband to his beautiful wife Paula, and father to 5 outstanding children aged between 7 and 25 years, Grant fully understands what it means to be running a successful business in “balance” with the other areas of your life. David O’Connor – Sydney

David is a Gen-Y Leadership Strategist and High-Performance Coach. David has a decade of hands-on senior leadership experience in one of Australia’s leading Gen-Y movements and knows how to build Gen-Y teams that work, stay and get results. In 1998 David founded the Exoday movement which today reaches over 300 high schools in Australia annually and culminates in the largest not-for-profit youth event in Australia – “The Big Exoday”.

He is the Director of Making Leaders, and is co-author of “Legends In Your Own Lunchtime”, which has inspired and equipped thousands of young people for leadership. His greatest passion is his family – his wife Amity and his 3 boys Declan, Mackenzie and Asher – and lives to assist today’s mums and dads in not only building better businesses, but being brilliant partners and parents as well.
